## About the Role

* 1-3 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting
 * Experience with Cisco routers and switches
 * Familiarity with wireless networking technologies
 * Basic understanding of network security concepts and firewalls
 * Experience troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or working toward certification
 * Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco firewalls
 * Familiarity with VMware and Windows Server environments
 * Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud networking
 * Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar
 * Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python is a plus
