This is an onsite position in Clark, NJ. This role will serve as the primary internal owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ("BC"), technology vendor management, SharePoint administration, office and warehouse technology systems, and continuous business process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong business systems knowledge with operational thinking and project management capabilities. This position will work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, and external technology partners to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and support scalable growth. This role reports directly to the COO. Key ResponsibilitiesERP / Business Central Ownership · Oversee the continued implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. · Serve as the primary internal liaison between PIC and external BC consultants, developers, and technology providers. · Coordinate system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, workflow improvements, and user adoption initiatives. · Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. · Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI visibility across departments. · Coordinate integration support between Business Central and external platforms including EDI providers, SPS Commerce, warehouse systems, and reporting tools. · Support system configuration improvements related to inventory, warehousing, customer service, purchasing, logistics, and operations. Technology Operations & Vendor Management · Manage relationships with external IT and technology service providers, including help desk and infrastructure support partners. · Coordinate technology escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. · Oversee office and warehouse technology infrastructure including: · Assist with cybersecurity coordination, technology onboarding/offboarding, and hardware lifecycle management. · Develop and maintain technology SOPs, user documentation, and governance procedures. · Support business continuity and operational uptime initiatives. SharePoint & Document Management · Oversee SharePoint administration, structure, permissions, and governance. · Organize department file structures and document management standards. · Improve accessibility, consistency, and collaboration across departments. · Support creation and maintenance of standardized operational documentation. Business Process Improvement · Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements. · Work closely with operations and customer service teams to improve order flow, warehouse execution, reporting, and inventory visibility. · Support implementation of automation initiatives and workflow standardization. · Assist leadership with technology planning and operational scalability initiatives.
