This role ensures system availability, performance, and security for mission-critical applications, patient management systems, and business operations across multiple dental practices., * Hyper-V Administration * Lead and support cloud migration initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or hybrid * Virtualization Platform Management * Design, implement, and support cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including virtual machines, storage, identity integration, backup, and disaster recovery * Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously, balancing operational support with strategic initiatives while meeting defined deadlines and service-level expectations. * Support the development and implementation of future server technology initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, virtualization upgrades, and automation-driven improvements. * Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to streamline server provisioning patch management, monitoring, and routine administrative * Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability through automation and process optimization. * Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex server, virtualization, storage, and operating system issues across on-premises and cloud * Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with organizational standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworks. * Proactively evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that support long-term infrastructure growth and efficiency. * Maintain accurate documentation for server builds, configurations, change management, and disaster recovery, Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only.
