## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in AI and enterprise solutions, is seeking a UX Designer IV to join their team. As a UX Designer IV, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting the AI Building Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS, or developer platforms.

 * Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification.
 * Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently within an engineering-heavy environment.
 * Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and shared component libraries.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

## Description

* Design end-to-end user experiences for internal AI-powered dashboards used by over 100 users.
 * Create interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools.
 * Develop and maintain a shared component and design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.
 * Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes for new tool concepts.
 * Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to refine designs.
