 * Security: Implementing and maintaining robust security measures, including user authentication, access controls (using tools like OAM), and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
 * High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Setting up and managing high availability solutions like multi-instance queue managers or clustering for redundancy and resilience.
 * Involved in planning and testing disaster recovery strategies.
 * Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitoring MQ systems for performance and availability issues, utilizing tools like MQ Explorer and implementing alerting mechanisms.
 * Analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing configurations for optimal performance.
