## About the Role

Required:

 + Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph

 + High School Diploma or equivalent

 + Ten (10) years of facilities operations experience

 + Five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities operations and/or maintenance

 + Experience in prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans

 + Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas

 + Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large-scale facilities equipment

 + Demonstrated experience with 24/7 critical operations support

 + Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

 + Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

 + Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills

 + Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment

 + Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

## Description

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado., + Provide management oversight to 24/7 operational support teams, technicians, and vendors, including guidance, training and performance feedback. Ensure all work performed complies with all environmental, health and safety protocols and industry standards.

 + Implement an effective preventive maintenance program, including maintenance scheduling, monitoring environmental controls and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime.

 + Enforce operational and maintenance standards that support contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.

 + Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates

 + Provide rapid response to emergencies and equipment failures to ensure operational continuity and safeguard data integrity. Implement disaster recovery protocols and enforce compliance to maintain operational reliability.
