Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries. * Familiarity with ITAR, DFARS, ISO, or similar compliance frameworks. * Experience with data fabric, data mesh, Lakehouse architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). * Background supporting digital thread, digital twin, and AI/ML programs. * Experience mentoring or leading data modeling teams. ## Description * Lead the enterprise common data model across conceptual, logical, and physical layers. * Define and enforce modeling standards, metadata conventions, and canonical entities. * Resolve semantic and definitional conflicts across business units and systems. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business SMEs to align business concepts with enterprise models. * Improve interoperability across ERP, PLM, MES, MRO, IoT, analytics, and AI platforms. * Ensure compliance with enterprise, regulatory, and security requirements. * Mentor data modelers and architects to improve modeling maturity. * Communicate modeling strategy and recommendations to all levels, including executives.
