The Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Data and Compliance Analyst will conduct advanced analysis, evaluation, monitoring, and systematic reporting of data generated through the MnCHOICES application on behalf of the Aging and Disability Services Administration (ADSA). The position analyzes complex home and community-based services (HCBS) data and applies analytical findings to inform Medicaid policy development, program oversight, and decision-making for ADSA. The position plays a key role in supporting and advancing quality assurance efforts related to the MnCHOICES application and HCBS programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. This includes: + Assessing data integrity + Identifying trends and risks + Evaluating program performance and consistency across service delivery systems In addition, this position provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of business analytics, data analysis, and quality assurance activities to ensure analytical methods, findings, and policy recommendations are consistent, reliable, and aligned across HCBS programs and with other divisions. The position exercises independent judgment in translating complex data into actionable insights that support program improvement and policy decisions.
