## About the Role

* You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
 * You have 5-8 years of experience in project management within the Aerospace industry
 * You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles
 * You have previous experience in development and certification Flight Test
 * You demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skills
 * You have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
 * You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 * You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented
 * You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
 * You have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
 * You have good computing skills (proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project).

## Description

* Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
 * Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
 * Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
 * Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities
 * Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
 * Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
 * Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
 * Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
 * Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary
