Day to Day - Managing MSP (60%): Oversee Managed Service Provider activities, ensure fleet work is completed, and monitor status reports for accuracy and compliance. - Technical Oversight (40%): Understand and validate technical tasks performed by MSPs, providing guidance and support as needed. - Software Deployment and Management: Utilize SCCM to deploy software, updates, and patches across the organization's network, ensuring systems remain up-to-date and compliant with security standards. - System Configuration and Management: Configure and manage SCCM to optimize performance for IT systems, including workstations, servers, and mobile devices. - Security Assessments: Conduct vulnerability scans and security assessments using Qualys to identify and remediate potential threats. - Patch Management: Implement and manage patching processes to protect systems against known vulnerabilities. - Incident Response: Respond to IT incidents and security breaches, collaborating with the IT team to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and security assessments.
