You will help strengthen reporting accuracy, improve visibility into performance trends, and communicate findings in a way that guides action across both technical and non-technical teams., Requirements * Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or a related discipline. * 2 to 5 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar analytics-focused position. * Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and analyzing relational data sets. * Experience creating visual reports and dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting tasks. * Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and core data modeling concepts. * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. * Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences; experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, and familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
