This role manages cross-functional field teams, coordinates with subcontractors, and maintains strong relationships with regional property developers and management companies to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within margin targets., * Project Execution & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end deployment of MDU projects, covering site surveys, engineering design validation, local permitting, ISP/OSP construction (fiber/coaxial), and final testing/provisioning. * Property & Right-of-Entry (ROE) Coordination: Partner with business development and property management entities to secure required site access, manage engineering walkthroughs, and resolve complex Right-of-Way (ROW) issues specific to private property. * Field Leadership & Subcontractor Management: Directly supervise internal field technicians, construction supervisors, and external placement/splicing subcontractors.
