* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * 10+ years supporting enterprise IT operations.
 * Experience leading enterprise operations teams.
 * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise storage.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
 * Experience supporting RMF environments.
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification.
 * Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.

## Description

SMX is seeking a Senior Computer Information Systems Manager to oversee daily operations of enterprise mission systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and operational performance across a highly available classified environment. This role leads incident response, operational planning, and continuous service improvement., * Lead operations of enterprise mission systems.

 * Monitor system availability and performance.
 * Manage incident response and problem resolution.
 * Coordinate maintenance activities.
 * Lead root cause analysis efforts.
 * Develop operational procedures.
 * Coordinate change management.
 * Support configuration management activities.
 * Provide technical leadership to system administration personnel.
 * Ensure SLA compliance and operational readiness.
