Requirements * 7+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or solution architecture roles with a strong focus on enterprise business systems. * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and broader Dynamics 365 platforms. * Strong experience building solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. * Demonstrated ability to design secure, role-based access models for systems used by multiple departments or user groups. * Experience gathering requirements, translating business objectives into technical designs, and guiding implementation from planning through delivery. * Familiarity with data integration patterns and connecting Dynamics with external or existing databases; MongoDB integration experience is a plus. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. This role will shape a scalable platform that improves partner relationship tracking, streamlines data management across departments, and supports secure access to shared information.
