Preferred Qualifications: * Possess a DODD 8570 certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Security +. * Working knowledge of cyber security, STIGs and associated elements. * Experience with Communication Systems. * Experience with Cloud Technology. * Experience with working on a multidisciplinary team and writing technical proposals. * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management. * Experience with supplier/subcontract management. * Experience with scheduling engineering activities. * Experience with Agile development. * Control Account Management (CAM) certification or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. * An active Top-Secret clearance. ## Description * Create supplier statements of work and conduct requirements analysis to generate subsystem technical requirements documentation. * Perform trade studies, modeling, performance analysis, and Technology Readiness Level (TRL) evaluation of current and future supplier offerings. * Develop and control functional and physical architectures and interfaces;
