## About the Role

* 5+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization.
 * Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
 * Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally.
 * BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience., * Experience working in a platform partnership, developer ecosystem, or technical integration role at consumer scale.
 * Ability to research external platform capabilities and translating them into clear product requirements that engineering teams can execute against.
 * Familiarity with LLM API frameworks across major platforms, ability to read API documentation and synthesize impact and applications, comfortable with agent and integration frameworks.
 * Ability to lead through platform volatility - maintaining integration quality and team momentum as partner platforms evolve, deprecate, and shift strategy.
 * Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations.
 * Ability to translate complex platform and technical information into concise, compelling narratives appropriate for business, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Apple is looking for an dynamic and detail-oriented Product and Program Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on Agentic Commerce Capabilities. This team is responsible for defining the future of AI-driven shopping experiences - building agentic capabilities that help customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Apple products in ways that are intelligent, trustworthy, and deeply personal. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.
