## About the Role

* Must currently possess an active US Government Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
 * Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of 8+ years with BS, 6+ years with MS, 4+ years with PHD.
 * Experience performing system engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, IV&V, Environmental Testing).
 * Test equipment and Hardware integration experience
 * Experience being part of a multidisciplinary project team
 * Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Active US Government Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
 * Working experience with SDRs and Radar applications.
 * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience
 * RF Domain Knowledge
 * Prior experience working on space qualified hardware
 * Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
 * Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as Magic Draw.
