Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: + Experience with cap table platforms, private company equity administration, private fund workflows, or investor servicing. + Familiarity with data modeling, entitlements/permissions, audit logging, and control frameworks in regulated environments. + Experience with integration patterns (APIs, eventing, file-based interfaces), vendor partnerships, and platform migration. + Prior experience delivering products across multiple regions and legal entities. ## Description + Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for J.P.
