## Description

We're partnering with a high-growth organization to hire a Director of IT - Infrastructure & Operations. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CIO, designed to strengthen leadership as the company continues to scale through successful acquisitions and aggressive growth plans.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to step into a true leadership seat-driving transformation, influencing executive strategy, and building a modern, scalable IT foundation across a multi-site enterprise.

What You'll Do

 * Define and lead the infrastructure & IT operations strategy for a growing organization

 * Partner directly with the CIO and executive team on business-critical initiatives

 * Drive modernization across infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery

 * Lead M& A integration efforts and build a scalable shared services model

 * Evaluate and restructure the IT organization to align with future growth

 * Elevate IT maturity, service quality, and operational efficiency
