 * Familiarity with computer hardware support, procurement, and asset lifecycle management.

 * Understanding of configuration management principles and standardization practices across IT systems.

## Description

Description We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to lead technology operations for a machinery manufacturing organization in Orlando, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable infrastructure that supports day-to-day business performance and long-term operational goals. The ideal candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership across network systems, server environments, data protection, and end-user technology.

Responsibilities:

 * Direct the planning, maintenance, and improvement of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure stable and efficient operations.

 * Oversee administration of Active Directory environments, including user access, group policies, and security controls.

 * Manage backup and recovery practices to protect business-critical systems and data from disruption or loss.

 * Lead the support and optimization of Cisco-based networking equipment, including connectivity, performance, and troubleshooting.

 * Supervise the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of computer hardware across the organization.

 * Establish and enforce configuration management standards to improve system consistency, compliance, and reliability.

 * Partner with leadership and operational teams to align technology initiatives with manufacturing and business needs.
