Preferred Skills * Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certification. * CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification. * Experience with CRM automation and workflow design. * Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or CRM reporting tools. * Experience working in cloud-based CRM environments. * Exposure to AI-powered CRM features, customer insights, and automation. * Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot Marketing, etc.). Nice to Have * Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Insurance domain experience. * Experience with CRM implementation or migration projects. * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices. * Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and customer engagement solutions. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of CRM initiatives.
