Knowledge of the ServiceNow Horizon Design System and official ServiceNow Figma libraries. Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, prompt-driven, or generative user experiences. Prior consulting or client-facing experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives. ## Description STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Portal UI/UX Designer on behalf of our client in Philadelphia, PA or Reston, VA. This role is responsible for designing modern, intuitive, and accessible portal experiences within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design process, transforming business requirements, user research, and stakeholder feedback into engaging, user-centered experiences. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and platform teams, the designer will ensure that solutions are visually compelling, technically feasible, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle, including discovery, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, align objectives, and establish design direction. Create site maps, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that support exceptional user experiences. Develop responsive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms. Define and maintain design patterns, component libraries, and standards to ensure consistency throughout the portal experience. Collaborate with front-end developers and platform teams to deliver solutions that align with ServiceNow capabilities and constraints. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 accessibility standards. Support usability reviews, user research activities, and heuristic evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
