## About the Role

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Commercial Analyst to support the financial, operational, and vendor management functions of our IT organization. This role plays a critical part in managing technology investments, procurement activities, contract administration, financial reporting, and vendor relationships that enable the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the enterprise., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

 * Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.
 * Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 * Excellent organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

* Coordinate IT capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
 * Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and procurement activities.
 * Support vendor governance through contract management, renewals, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
 * Maintain and track IT contracts, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
 * Assist with labor capitalization reporting, project financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.
 * Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize IT spending.
 * Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.
