Required Certifications and Special Requirements * IAT Level II Certification Required * Ability to obtain and maintain required government security standards and background investigation eligibility. * U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Agile Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. * Prior experience supporting Department of Defense or Army enterprise systems. * Experience supporting mission-critical logistics or food management systems. * Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance requirements in government environments. ## Description The Senior/Lead Software Developer will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing AFMIS software applications and supporting infrastructure. This role requires expertise in enterprise application development, backend database technologies, Agile methodologies, and system integration within a Windows-based N-Tier environment.
