## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Required Experience

 * 10+ years of project management experience.
 * 8+ years managing complex IT development projects.
 * 5+ years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.
 * Experience leading organizational change management initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
 * Minimum 2 years of healthcare or public sector technology project management experience., * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and vendor management.
 * Experience with SDLC/Agile, system integration, data migration, QA/QC, and UAT.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
 * Experience leading enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
 * Experience with enterprise infrastructure initiatives, including cloud migration, data center modernization, and network transformation.
 * Experience leading IT centralization, shared services, or legacy system modernization initiatives.

## Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex IT projects through the full project lifecycle, including governance, planning, budgeting, execution, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery., * Lead day-to-day project execution, milestones, and vendor/system integrator deliverables.

 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
 * Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain effective communication across project teams.
 * Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies, security, quality, and regulatory standards.
 * Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
 * Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
 * Manage vendor performance, issue resolution, and organizational change management activities.
 * Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
