## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
 * Bachelor's Degree
 * Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
 * Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
 * The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines

PERFERRED

 * PROSCI or equivalent communications and change management certification
 * Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships to support the overall goal of a smooth introduction of AI-enabled software system features
 * Advanced MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skills

* Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.
