The ideal candidate should work well with others and appropriately delegate projects and tasks., * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work. * Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion, using time management skills to meet deadlines. * Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable. * Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy. * Ability/willingness to travel up to 10%., * Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar technical support role. * A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a plus. * Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows) and server administration including Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 to include Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Microsoft 365 Administration. * Experience with Fortigate firewalls is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. ## Description The IT Manager is responsible for the design, maintenance, and implementation of the organization's IT infrastructure and will oversee all Campus IT activities. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of the Windows desktop & server operating systems, current equipment and technologies. This team member should also possess strong creative and analytical thinking skills., * System management: Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
