Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. ## Description Coordinate the creation, review and delivery of contract documents according to projected timelines. - Manage document control processes, including versioning, access control and document lifecycle management. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure contract documents meet quality and compliance standards. - Monitor and track document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and potential issues are addressed proactively. - Maintain accurate records of document revisions, updates and approvals. - Provide support during audits or inspections related to document management and compliance - Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address document-related inquiries and requests., Our team is dedicated to supporting new members.
