## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with extensive systems engineering expertise to support programs in Annapolis Junction, MD., * Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into actionable system specifications

 * Conduct process engineering activities to improve workflows, efficiency, and system performance
 * Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documentation, and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system requirements specifications
 * Guide stakeholders in requirements development, recommend alternative technical approaches, and perform feasibility studies
 * Provide technical support for requirements integration, system design, and technology implementation
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design documentation
 * Prepare and evaluate systems engineering management plans, integration plans, and test plans
 * Coordinate with government and program stakeholders to address technical considerations, issues, and resolution strategies
 * Support system integration, validation, and verification efforts throughout the development lifecycle
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of system capabilities
