This people leadership role is responsible for driving the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient fintech platforms while fostering an inclusive, innovative engineering culture. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance leaders to deliver business-critical solutions, establish engineering best practices, and develop top engineering talent. This role will drive adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, cloud-native technologies, and responsible AI-enabled development practices while ensuring solutions meet Visa's high standards for quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Essential Functions: * Lead, coach, and develop multiple software engineering teams and managers. * Drive engineering execution, operational excellence, and delivery predictability across complex technology initiatives. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and technology strategy. * Champion Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices. * Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, succession planning, and career development. * Oversee software architecture, platform modernization, and cloud-native technology adoption. * Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, reliability, and performance requirements. * Drive responsible adoption of AI-powered engineering tools and emerging technologies. * Lead incident management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform resilience and customer experience.
