Task 3 requires interactive, role-based dashboards covering supply, maintenance, readiness, distribution, and financial performance, with data modeling, data-quality validation, accessibility, documentation, and knowledge transfer., * GCSS-Army, SAP ECC, ERP, Army Vantage, AESIP, LMP, NLAC, or other Army data. * Supply, maintenance, readiness, distribution, property, ammunition, or financial analytics. * Power BI Pro in Government tenants. * Accessibility and Section 508. * Python, R, Excel Power Pivot, or statistical analysis. * Experience supporting senior-leader decision dashboards. Principal responsibilities * Develop and maintain SEA Power BI reports and dashboards. * Conduct source-data profiling and data-quality validation. * Define KPIs and business measures with the GCSS-Army SME. * Develop DAX, Power Query logic, semantic models, and visual designs. * Reconcile dashboard results to authoritative source data. * Implement role-based views and row-level security. * Conduct iterative reviews with CASCOM capability developers and data SMEs. * Prepare test cases, data dictionaries, report guides, and knowledge-transfer materials. * Diagnose refresh, performance, data, and visualization issues. * Support sustainment and future dashboard enhancements.
