The role involves crafting Global Security's technology strategy as well as managing projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities on a global scale. Within the current Global Security technology landscape are the following capability categories: access management, video management, visitor management emergency communications, incident management, travel security management, and threat intelligence., * Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps that support enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization. * Oversee delivery of security technology solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements. * Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management. * Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk. * Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery., Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
