## About the Role

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Director- Data Management, Business Intelligence & Data Solutions to spearhead the development of a high-performing BI team. This role will focus on building and managing a team of data experts to design and implement DataMarts that integrate both structured and unstructured data sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering BI solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and familiarity with AI-driven analytics ., * Experience: Minimum 10 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

 * Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing BI teams.
 * Technical Skills:
 * Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
 * Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.
 * Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their application in BI.
 * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
 * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
 * Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
 * Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
