 - Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in delivery/project management or related digital/technology roles, preferably in large, matrixed, or regulated environments; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

## Description

Coordinate Delivery: Manage complex, cross-functional digital initiatives from intake through delivery across product, engineering, design, content, and marketing teams.

 - Orchestration & Governance: Facilitate delivery governance, risk management, communication, and operational readiness without owning product strategy or Agile facilitation roles.
 - Dependency & Risk Management: Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure predictable and timely delivery.
 - Stakeholder Management: Build trust and enable transparent communication among matrixed teams; resolve differences and encourage alignment.
 - Communication: Provide concise, leadership-ready updates by translating complex delivery topics into clear communication artifacts (status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, etc.).
 - Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to implement repeatable mechanisms for clearer, faster, and more predictable delivery.
 - Agile Environment: Participate in Agile ceremonies to monitor progress, risks, and blockers while collaborating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
 - Ambiguity Handling: Help teams turn unclear, cross-functional work into structured plans, decisions, and next steps.
 - Collaboration: Work effectively and respectfully with remote or virtual teams across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
 - Tool Utilization: Use collaborative and delivery tools such as Aha, Rally, Workfront, Microsoft 365, and Teams for program management and reporting.
 - Preferred Experience: Exposure to public-facing web, digital marketing, customer experience, mobile, or enterprise platform projects; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, content management, analytics, SEO, and accessibility.
 - Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendor or agency work, including resource planning, budget awareness, and statement-of-work execution.
