Your responsibilities Job Summary The ERP Solution Architect will lead the planning, design, and delivery of the future-state ERP implementation. This role will partner with business and IT leaders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, guide implementation partners, ensure successful project execution from strategy through go-live, and will be responsible for ERP product ownership post go-live., We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Information Services (ERP Solution Architect) to lead a transformative ERP modernization initiative. In this highly visible role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to design and deliver a future-state ERP ecosystem that supports growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization. As the ERP Solution Architect and business partner, you will guide the organization through implementation strategy, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. This is an opportunity to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation while making a lasting impact on business processes, technology capabilities, and user experience. What You'll DoERP Strategy & Solution Architecture * Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions. * Translate business objectives and requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions. * Drive solution governance and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. * Establish technical standards, priorities, and best practices for ERP-related systems and integrations. Program Leadership & Transformation * Partner with implementation consultants and business stakeholders to facilitate process workshops and define future-state operating models. * Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design decisions. * Collaborate across functional teams to ensure successful execution of ERP initiatives. * Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive successful outcomes from planning through go-live.
