Required Skills and Competencies: + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, and network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.). + Strong understanding of network architecture, quality of service (QoS), and network performance optimization. + Expertise in network security practices, including access control, intrusion detection, and threat mitigation. + Ability to develop comprehensive network design documentation, policies, and procedures. + Experience in leading and executing network implementation, configuration, and testing activities. + Familiarity with network monitoring tools and backup and recovery procedures.
