## About the Role

* Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
 * Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field
 * Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
 * The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs, * Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution
 * Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field
 * Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
 * The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

 * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
 * Internships or co-op experience in aerospace, defense or propulsion.
 * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo and/or requirements management tools such as DOORS.
 * Educational background or project experience in AI and/or Automation applied to engineering or systems development.

## Description

* Participate in the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, test, and verification.
 * Support the planning and development of new programs, helping structure execution around appropriate lifecycle development methods.
 * Development and documentation of system specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and system architecture.
 * Assist in conducting trade studies and analyses to optimize system performance, risk, and cost-effectiveness.
 * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware and test engineers, to ensure successful system integration.
 * Support the development and execution of system-level test plans and procedures.
 * Analyze test data and identify root causes of system anomalies or failures.
 * Contribute to technical reviews and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
