Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this person will take ownership of existing AI-powered internal tools, identify new AI opportunities across all divisions, and create a formal AI governance framework enabling safe, responsible AI use across the business. The role also owns all third-party technology vendor relationships and strategically manages core platforms including CRM and care management systems. This is not a back-office IT role. Success requires someone equally comfortable in a strategy session with the senior management team as they are sitting with an operational manager helping them get the most from a system. The role demands curiosity, initiative, technical literacy, commercial awareness and outstanding people skills.
