## Description

* Pitch & Deal Execution: Support the origination and execution of capital-raising and private placement transactions, including the drafting of pitch books, presentations, and proposal materials.
 * Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build, maintain, and update complex financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions), and company/fund performance analyses.
 * Marketing Material Creation: Develop institutional-grade marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), teasers, and management presentations.
 * Investor Log Management: Assist in designing investor targeting lists and manage the tracking of investor engagement, NDAs, questions, and feedback throughout the placement process.
 * Data Room & Due Diligence: Build, organize, and manage virtual data rooms (VDRs) to facilitate due diligence processes for prospective institutional investors.
 * Content Maintenance: Ensure all internal tracking databases, team credentials, and market data repository files are continuously updated.
 * Travel may be required at times for this role to support client pitches, due diligence sessions, and transaction closings.
