Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Remote Sr. Business Analyst - Mobile/Loyalty - **Company:** Insight Global - **Location:** Chicago, IL, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Apple IOS, Confluence, JIRA, Data Systems, Mobile Application Software, Scrum Methodology, Systems Integration, Atlassian Tools - **Published:** July 16, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.juju.com/job/00000000gh6exa ## About the Role 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Product teams Experience working in complex technical environments, including mobile applications, loyalty platforms, data systems, or customer-facing digital products Strong experience supporting iOS and/or Android native applications Experience with loyalty systems and integrations Ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand dependencies, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements Self-starter who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously Experience operating within large enterprise organizations Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Ability to balance executional work (75%) with strategic understanding (25%) BA/Product hybrid mindset with a focus on making requirements actionable for engineering teams Hospitality industry experience Background as an iOS or Android Engineer Experience supporting large-scale mobile product portfolios ## Description Support the Booking & Loyalty mobile app pod, one of the largest and most critical product teams Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Designers, and Engineers to keep a team of 8-10 engineers and 4-5 QA resources moving efficiently Take high-level business and product requirements and translate them into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation Create and maintain requirements, workflows, and project documentation in Jira and Confluence Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early to improve team velocity Serve as the bridge between product strategy and engineering execution Analyze existing systems and processes to become a subject matter expert and trusted resource for the team Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery across mobile booking and loyalty initiatives Help scale delivery capacity by providing the upfront analysis and documentation needed to support multiple concurrent projects and unblock engineers and designers As a Business Analyst supporting the mobile app portfolio, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. The business analyst will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, project managers and business stakeholders to help define and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support the development of digital products within the hospitality industry. This role will also provide day-to-day execution support by writing user stories, keeping documentation and process flows current, tracking open questions and coordinating follow up across teams as needed.
