## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
 * 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, automation, or solution architecture
 * Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or C++
 * Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise data platforms
 * Experience working with SQL and enterprise databases such as SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
 * Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath or similar tools
 * Familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter, RapidResponse, or Snowflake environments
 * Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
 * Experience leading global teams and mentoring engineers or citizen developers

## Description

* Define and govern AI, automation, analytics, and agent-based architectures aligned to business transformation goals
 * Evaluate and guide adoption of AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath AI, Snowflake Cortex, and related tools
 * Design and deliver end-to-end intelligent workflows integrating AI agents, automation, and enterprise data
 * Establish reusable frameworks, standards, and governance for an AI/Agent marketplace and citizen development
 * Mentor global engineering teams and partner with IT, Data, and Architecture to enable scalable, secure solutions
