What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) * Working knowledge of agile methodology and scrum implementation. * Knowledge of key performance metrics with focus on analytics andoptimization. * Experience using Excel, Tableau and/or Power BI for data-drivenanalysis. * Strong project management, organizational, and prioritizationsskills. * Knowledge of key performance metrics for omni-channel with focuson analytics and optimization. * Commerce/retail experience, preferably within Delta Air Lines orcompetitor in travel industry. ## Description * Own the translation of marketinguse cases into scalable technology solutions across platforms (e.g., CDP,campaign tools, personalization). * Partner with engineering and datateams to define data flows, integrations, and activation strategies. * Evaluate trade-offs acrossmarketing platforms to ensure long-term scalability and efficiency. Strategic Product Execution * Partner with product leaders totranslate high-level product strategy into executable backlogs, ensuringalignment with enterprise priorities and business objectives. * Own the translation of marketinguse cases into scalable technology solutions across platforms (e.g., CDP,campaign tools, personalization) * Partner with engineering and datateams to define data flows, integrations, and activation strategies * Evaluate tradeoffs acrossmarketing platforms to ensure long-term scalability and efficiency * Rapidly assess and understand keyproduct features that will have a significant impact on the assigned squads. * Work with various squads to craftclear and concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria. * Lead sprint demos and ensure thesuccessful delivery of features that meet predefined business criteria. * Ensure alignment between productvision and execution across different product squads, coordinating efforts withother Product Owners as necessary. Stakeholder Engagement * Partner with marketing leaders totranslate high-level business needs, user stories, and use cases intoexecutable backlogs, ensuring alignment with product sponsor priorities,visions, and business objectives. * Serve as the bridge betweenstakeholders and development squads, ensuring that feedback is rapidlyintegrated and business objectives are consistently communicated and aligned. * Engage regularly withstakeholders, Product Sponsors, and Product Managers to provide insights onprogress, aligning deliverables with the overarching enterprise strategy. * Use a data-driven approach tovalidate decisions and provide evidence-based recommendations for new featuresand iterations. Agile Methodology Advocacy * Champion agile practices withinthe squads, ensuring that teams are following agile best practices to deliverhigh-quality features. * Utilize agile management toolslike Agility to track product development progress and maintain data integrity. * Promote a culture of flexibilityand responsiveness, adapting the development process as priorities shift.
