 * Advanced financial management and forecasting skills.
 * Certifications preferred: PMP; SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

## Description

* Lead large-scale, complex, or strategically important projects across business units.
 * Own end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
 * Provide leadership across multiple teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
 * Serve as primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and decision-making.
 * Partner with senior leaders to clarify priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
 * Develop executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
 * Coach and mentor junior and experienced project managers.
 * Drive adoption and improvement of VMO standards, metrics, and delivery frameworks.
 * Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization discussions.
