The candidate must demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced between interpersonal, business, and technical capabilities. The candidate must have the ability to collaborate within and across teams to accomplish goals and be committed to ethics, integrity, and innovation while challenging traditional ways of doing business. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to be able to facilitate successful engagement with internal and external customers.
