Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of IT Operations and Data Management, this position supports core IT operations functions, with a focus on configuration, performance, and integrations. This position will also be a key collaborator for systems-related projects for innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is technically-minded, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving. The successful candidate will be a team player focused on supporting the needs of the IT team, with the ability to balance a variety of tasks and prioritize goals, while meeting deadlines., Systems Administration/Configuration (35%) * Configure Intune, SCCM, JAMF & Active Directory security groups. * Maintain Windows & MAC computer update schedules and progress. * Update and maintain the college's servers, OS, and applications. * Work with OIT on infrastructure, implementation, and communication projects. Security & Compliance (20%) * Configure and manage security groups in Active Directory. * Provide business solutions and education to users to secure their data. * Attend IT Security meetings with OIT. Infrastructure & Network Support (15%) * Act as a liaison between the college and OIT. * Follow up on outages to ensure business continuity. * Provide support to business applications like phones, E-fax, and Office 365. Project Management (15%) * Plan implementation of OIT/IT policies. * Follow up with vendors and OIT on reported projects and issues.
