(STEM degree is highly preferred) ## Description We are seeking a versatile and proactive Lead Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and functional knowledge within the HR domain. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives forward, identify and address problems to enhance our HR operations and strategies, and stay up to date on the myriad projects in flights for alignment opportunities. This role requires someone who can independently navigate tasks, make strategic connections, and lead initiatives to successful completion.
