* Strong experience building backend services using Java or Python

 * Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
 * Proven ability to design and build APIs and microservices
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
 * Background leading technical initiatives while remaining actively involved in coding

 * Experience building internal developer platforms or shared services
 * Exposure to AI workflows, automation, or agent based systems
 * Strong understanding of developer experience and platform usability
 * Familiarity with cloud migrations and modernizing legacy systems
 * Experience writing ADRs or contributing to architectural decision making
