 * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors
 * 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation process
 * At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
 * Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
 * Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
 * Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute ina fast-paced consulting environment
 * Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus
 * Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
 * Prior consulting industry experience is a plus
 * Willingness to travel up to 50%
