## About the Role

* Minimum 2+ years of experience programming in modern C++, with a focus on writing performance critical code is required
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with traders, researchers, and other developers to iterate quickly on ideas
 * Knowledge of TCP/UDP networking and/or exchange facing protocols is a plus
