If there are password protected materials, please provide that as well. * A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in design system documentation tools. * Experience using AI tools to aid with design system use cases/problems. * An excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other design system team members and cross-functional teams. * A genuine passion for building and maintaining design systems, with a strong understanding of their value in driving consistency and efficiency. * Great design taste and an eye for the details. ## Description As a Staff Designer on the Design Systems Team at Venmo, you'll be a key contributor to the evolution and maintenance of our design system. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, engineers, and product managers to create a cohesive and exceptional user experience across all our products and platforms. Your passion for design systems, combined with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and extensive experience with design systems, will be essential in driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
